Refund + Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at the Reed, Write, & Create Shop! Our goal is to provide the best bookish products for our customers.
Currently, all of our products are fulfilled by a third-party, print-on-demand service, therefore, we can’t offer returns and exchanges, so please be sure the size and color you’ve selected is the one that you want.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, and/or the size is not the one you ordered, please take a photo of the damaged item, or of the size discrepancy and send your complaint with the photos to hello@reedwriteandcreate.com within 10 days of receiving the order.
Be sure to include:
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product and any defects.
• Your order number.
We will remedy the situation by issuing a refund or sending you a replacement item.
A Note About Sizing
Because we cannot offer refunds for the wrong size, we want our customers to be well-informed with their size selection.
Please note all of our T-Shirts are sized with women’s bodies in mind. Therefore, even the Unisex sizes are not overly large or boxy, although they do run slightly bigger than the women’s V-Necks.
Our shirts are soft and can be worn casually or paired with your favorite pants or skirt and a blazer to dress them up.
